My work with patients centers around person-centered, trauma-informed, integrative lenses that combine creative processes with healing and wellness. I'm a licensed professional counselor in addition to a board certified art therapist. I obtained my BA at Temple University and my MS at Eastern Virginia Medical School, both in Art Therapy and Counseling. Throughout my career I have worked with underserved populations in community based settings, veterans and first responders individually and in substance abuse settings, families in domestic violence settings,and adolescents in schools, with experiences with diagnoses of PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorders, BPD, and more. My practice values the therapeutic relationship, identifying and building goals together, and providing a safe space. 

When not practicing, I can be found with my bunny, dog, and cat, spending time with good friends, watching bad tv, making mediocre art, and/or in the sunshine.
